大学コンソーシアム熊本事務局より連絡です。

本日、熊本市が医療非常事態宣言を発令し、8月6日から予定していた火の国まつり/おてもやん総おどりは中止と正式に発表されました。

急な中止の発表で大変申し訳ございません。誠に残念な発表ですが、ご理解のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。

Regarding the Hinokuni Festival/Otemoyan Dance, Kumamoto City officially announced the cancellation on August 6 due to state of medical emergency in Kumamoto city.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this sudden announcement. Thank you for your understanding.

熊本の留学生の皆様！！

第45回火の国まつりの開催が決定されました。大学コンソーシアム熊本では、例年、おてもやん総おどりに参加しています。

過去2年間はコロナの影響で中止となりましたが、今年度は開催されることになりました。

熊本の夏の風物詩である夏祭りに参加してみませんか？

希望される方は下のグーグルフォームから7月28日までに申し込みをお願いします。
詳細については後日メールで連絡いたします。また迷惑メールフォルダに入ってしまうことがあるので、メールソフトのドメイン登録をお願いします。大学コンソーシアム熊本からのメールは、このドメインから届きます。@consortium-kumamoto.jp　

The Hi-no-Kuni Festival has been canceled for the last two years due to COVID-19, however, Kumamoto City has announced that the 45th Hi-no-Kuni Festival will be held in August 2022. The Consortium Kumamoto participates in the “Otemoyan So-Odori parade” held at the Hi-no-Kuni Festival every year since 2011.

The Hi-no-Kuni Festival is a summer tradition in Kumamoto. Even if you’re watching you can’t help but move your body to the spectacular performances parading around the center of Kumamoto city along with Kumamoto folk song “Otemoyan” and nimble rhythmed “samba Otemoyan”.

申し込み方法/How to apply

Googleフォームから7月28（木）までに申し込みをお願いします。

Please register with Google Form by July 28(Thur).

＊応募多数の場合は、早く締め切る場合があります。（先着40名）

In case the number of applicants would exceed the capacity, we may not be able to accept all registrations. In such cases, we will accept registrations on a first-come-first-served basis.　（The capacity is 40 members.）

【注意事項】

このイベントに参加するための保険に加入します。そのため、必要事項の記入をお願いします。
記入してもらった個人情報は、このイベントのために使用します。

イベント中は、コロナ感染症対策を行います。マスクの着用と手指消毒をお願いします。
水分補給などで、ペットボトルを持ち歩きたい方は、小さめのバッグを準備してください。
また、雨対策のため、貴重品・携帯電話などは、防水のビニール袋などに入れてください。

会場までの交通費は自己負担となります。自転車の場合は、近くの駐輪場に停めてください。

イベントのときに撮影した写真は報告または広報のために使用する場合があります。

【お願い】

■当日、体調不良（発熱、咳などの風邪症状）の場合は、参加はご遠慮ください。その場合もメールに記載する携帯電話まで連絡をお願いします。

*火の国まつりは、コロナ感染状況や悪天候のため中止になる場合があります。

【Notes】

Participants in this event will be covered by event insurance based on the information of your registration. Please fill out the required information.
Personal information will be used only for this event.

Please wear a mask and sanitize your hands during the event to prevent the spread of infection.
Please prepare your own drinks and a small bag to carry them.
In addition, please bring a waterproof bag to protect your phone in case of sudden rain.

Transportation costs will be at your own expense. If you are coming by bicycle, please park at a bicycle parking lot nearby.

Photos taken at the event may be used for reporting or public relations.

*The festival may be canceled depending on the spread of COVID-19 or weather.

Please refrain from attending the festival if you have a fever, cold (coughing, sneezing, sore throat), feeling faint, difficulty breathing or if you have health concerns, and contact in advance.
