熊本県内の留学生日本人学生（大学・短大・高専生）の皆様
5月30日（土）に、国際交流パーティー/ International Connect を開催します。
熊本にいる留学生と日本人学生の皆様の交流の場として企画しました。
留学生のみなさん、日本人学生の皆さんのご応募をお待ちしています。

●場 所：熊本大学 熊本大学工学部百周年記念館 アクセスマップ
●参 加 費：無料
●参加対象：大学コンソーシアム熊本加盟機関に所属する留学生、日本人学生
【加盟機関(12校)】 九州看護福祉大学、九州ルーテル学院大学、熊本学園大学、熊本県立技術短期大学校、熊本県立大学、熊本高等専門学校、熊本大学、熊本保健科学大学、尚絅大学・尚絅大学短期大学部、崇城大学、東海大学、平成音楽大学
●申 込：参加申込は応募フォームまたは下の2次元コードを読み込んでください。
●参加申込締切（一般参加）：5月21日（木）
＊留学生だけでなく、日本人学生も一般参加として申し込みできます。
●ステージでのパフォーマンスの募集：5月7日（木）
ステージでのパフォーマンスも申し込みを受け付けています。（歌、踊り、楽器演奏など）
個人でもグループでもOKです！！（留学生も、日本人学生も参加できます！）
●学生サポーターの募集：5月7日（木）
受付、ゲーム、進行、誘導などの担当をお任せする学生サポーターを募集しています。応募フォームの「学生サポーターを希望する」を選択して、応募してください。
＊学生サポーターの希望者が多い場合は、大学のバランス等を考慮した上で、事務局で抽選を行います。

学生サポーター説明会を5月11日（月）12:10-12:40にオンライン（Zoom）で実施します。
登録したメールに、Zoom IDをお送りします。

ゲーム（交流）担当の方は、別途LINEグループを作成しますので、交流の企画・実施を

ゲーム（交流）担当者は、5月15日（金）12:30-12:50にオンライン（Zoom）で打合せを行います。
＊11日の説明会を欠席された方も、可能であれば参加してください。

“International Connect” will be held on Saturday, May 30th.
This event has been organized as an opportunity for international students in Kumamoto to interact with Japanese students.
Participation is open to all international students and Japanese students studying at the universities and the National Institute of Technology (KOSEN) in Kumamoto. We are looking for students who will be involved in the operational support of this event as a volunteer.
We look forward to receiving many applications from both international and Japanese students.
Please see below for details. (This event will be conducted in Japanese and English.)

We are accepting applications for performances on the stage. (singing, dancing, playing instruments, etc.)
Individuals and groups are welcome! (Both international and Japanese students are welcome to participate!)

・当日、体調不良（発熱、咳などの風邪症状）の場合は、参加はご遠慮ください。
・このイベントに参加するための保険に加入します。
・記入してもらった個人情報は、このイベントのために使用します。
・会場までの交通費は自己負担となります。自転車の場合は、近くの駐輪場に停めてください。
・参加者用の駐車場はありません。（熊本大学の駐車場は2023年4月から有料になりました。）
・イベントのときに撮影した写真は報告または広報のために使用する場合があります。

Transportation to the venue is at your own expense. If you are coming by bicycle, please park at a bicycle parking lot nearby.
There is no parking lot for participants. (Kumamoto University’s parking lot is charged from April 2023.)
Photos taken at the event may be used for reporting or public relations.
