熊本県内の留学生、大学・短大・高専生の皆様

5月19日（日）にウェルカムパーティーを開催します。

熊本に新しくきた留学生を迎えて、日本人学生、留学生と楽しく交流しましょう。
同時にイベントをお手伝いしてくれる学生サポーターも募集しています。パーティー内でのゲーム企画や受付などをしていただきます。
(このイベントは日本語と英語で進行します。)

●日　　時：2024年5月19日（日）　14:00～16:00
●場　　所：熊本大学　熊本大学工学部百周年記念館  アクセスマップ
●参  加 費：無料
●参加対象：大学コンソーシアム熊本加盟機関に所属する新入留学生、在学留学生、日本人学生
●申　　込：参加申込は応募フォームまたは下のQRコードを読み込んでください。

●参加申込締切：（一般参加）5月2日（木）17：00　

　＊留学生だけでなく、日本人学生も一般参加として申し込みできます。

　＊ステージでのパフォーマンスも申し込みを受け付けています。（歌、踊り、楽器演奏など）

●学生サポーターの募集について

（学生サポーター応募締切）4月18日（木）17：00　　＊学生サポーターは全体で15名程度

　＊学生サポーターは応募多数のため、募集を終了しました。

学生サポーター説明会を4月 23 日（火）12:10-12:40にオンライン（Zoom）で実施しました。

この説明会を欠席された方には、4月 26 日（金）12:30-12:50にオンラインで説明します。
登録したメールに、Zoom IDをお送りします。

＊ゲーム（交流）担当の方は、別途LINEグループを作成していますので、交流の企画・実施を
　お願いします。（メールの確認をお願いします。）

＊4月25日（木）までにメールが届かない場合は、事務局までご連絡ください。

“Welcome Party for International and Japanese Students” will be held on Sunday, May 19th, 2024. Participation is open to all international students and Japanese students studying at the universities and the National Institute of Technology (KOSEN) in Kumamoto. We are looking for students who will be involved in the operational support of the welcome party as a volunteer.  

Please see below for details. (This event will be conducted in Japanese and English.)

Target: Newly enrolled international students, current international students, and Japanese students

14：50-　ステージ パフォーマンス＆交流の時間 / Stage Performance & Social Time
15：20-　各団体からのお知らせ / Information time
15：50-　集合写真撮影、閉会の挨拶 / Group photo & Closing remarks

飲み物とお菓子を準備します。
Drinks and refreshments will be provided.

【注意事項】

・当日、体調不良（発熱、咳などの風邪症状）の場合は、参加はご遠慮ください。
・このイベントに参加するための保険に加入します。そのため、必要事項の記入をお願いします。
・記入してもらった個人情報は、このイベントのために使用します。
・会場までの交通費は自己負担となります。自転車の場合は、近くの駐輪場に停めてください。
・参加者用の駐車場はありません。（熊本大学の駐車場は2023年4月から有料になりました。）
・イベントのときに撮影した写真は報告または広報のために使用する場合があります。

Participants in this event will be covered by insurance with application in advance. Therefore, please fill in the necessary information.
The personal information you provide will be used for this event only.
Transportation to the venue is at your own expense. If you are coming by bicycle, please park at a bicycle parking lot nearby.
There is no parking lot for participants. (Kumamoto University’s parking lot is charged from April 2023.)
Photos taken at the event may be used for reporting or public relations.
