参加を希望される方は事前の申込みをお願いします。

申込締切：６月12日（木）16時
＊応募多数の場合、抽選を行い、6月17日までに結果をメールで連絡します。

Let’s experience the Japanese Calligraphy with other international students in Kumamoto!!

It is scheduled on Saturday, June 21. We’ll meet you at 9:30 at the Buddhist temple “Senryuji” near “Gofukumachi” tram station.

We will contact you by e-mail after applying for more information. Please register our domain “@consortium-kumamoto.jp”, because it may be in spam.  Thank you in advance!

How to apply: Sign up by 16:00 on June 12 via Google Forms.

Number of participants：15 applicants 
☆If there are a large number of applicants, a lottery will be held.
☆The results will be notified by email until June 17th.

【注意事項】

このイベントに参加するための保険に加入します。そのため、必要事項の記入をお願いします。
記入してもらった個人情報は、このイベントのために使用します。

会場までの交通費は自己負担となります。自転車の場合は、近くの駐輪場に停めてください。

イベントのときに撮影した写真は報告または広報のために使用する場合があります

当日、体調不良（発熱、咳などの風邪症状）の場合は、参加はご遠慮ください。

Transportation to the venue is at your own expense. If you are coming by bicycle, please park at a bicycle parking lot nearby.

車の駐車場はありませんので、近くのコインパーキングに停めてください。

The venue is a temple called “Senryuji.”

Bicycles/motorbikes can be parked in line in front of the building.

There is no parking for cars, so please park in a nearby coin-operated parking lot at your own expense.
